Airtel signs deal with SSL Wireless
Airtel has signed an agreement with SSL Wireless, one of the leading mobile and e-commerce service providers in the country, for providing mobile phone ‘Top up’ services for the Airtel subscribers through different electronic channels.

Head of Legal, Airtel Bangladesh ASM Sakib Sikder, and General Manager of SSL Wireless Anisul Islam signed the deal on behalf of their respective sides.
The signing ceremony was held recently at the boardroom of corporate headquarters of SSL Wireless in Karwan Bazar with the presence of high officials from Airtel and SSL, said a press release on Tuesday.
Airtel Bangladesh’s Chief Service Officer Rubaba Dowla, Senior Manager Ruhullah Raihan Al Husain, Manager, Business Development Sonia Mehzabeen, Manager, Credit and Collection Sheikh Sazzad Salam, Head, Service Experience Nilutpola Sharma and top officials of SSL Wireless were present.
The permission of online transactions opened the door for digitalizing different payment services like bill payment, online purchase, mobile recharge, etc, it said.
Through this service, Airtel subscribers will be able to top up their numbers by visiting Airtel’s authorized portal, www.easy.com.bd.
The subscribers will be able to securely use VISA/MasterCard/DBBL Nexus or BRAC Bank ATM card to pay for the top up, the top up will be delivered instantly along with an invoice email to the user.
With Airtel onboard, SSL Wireless brings online recharge service for most of the telecom operators of Bangladesh.
