Armed policemen arrived in the Colonel Hat area in Akbar Shah to surround a four-storey building called “Momo Nibash” just before 4pm.

Assistant Commissioner Foyzul Islam of Chittagong police told the Dhaka Tribune that the police were preparing to search the building at 4:30pm .

The other house, also a four-storey building, is located about half a kilometer away from the other house on Easan Mohajon Ghat road in Uttar Kattali. Policemen were conducting a search of the building at around 5:30pm on Monday.
