Premier Div Hockey : MSC crush Bangladesh Sporting
Star studded Mohammedan Sporting Club made a flying start in the Green Delta Insurance Metropolis Premier Division Hockey League defeating Bangladesh Sporting Club by 5-1 goals at the Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium here yesterday.

The Black and Whites dominated the first half as they led by 2-1 goals.
Russell Islam scored two field goals in the 27th and 29th minutes while Ishtiaq Ahmed added two more field goals in the 56th and 64th minutes. Penalty corner specialist Mamunur Rahman Chayan netted the other goal for Mohammedan SC in the 43rd minute. Barkat scored the consolation goal for Bangladesh SC in the 34th minute from a penalty stroke.
In the day's other match, Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club outclassed Wari Club 4-0.
