No scope for inconsistency among 3 organs of state: Abdul Hamid
Speaker Abdul Hamid on Wednesday said there is no scope to have inconsistency among the three organs of the state if they act properly as per the Constitution.

“Delegation of power is the basic subject of democracy. There’s no scope to have inconsistency among the three organs of the state -- Legislative, Judiciary and Executive -- act properly as outlined in the Constitution of the country,” he said in his concluding remarks before reading out the prorogation order of the President.
He mentioned that Parliament is the center point to strengthen and give institutional shape to democracy. “Democracy and its customs are established through practice,” he said.
The Speaker expressed his high hope that the opposition who are boycotting sessions will join Parliament to live up to their promise made to people.
“Although the opposition is not attending the session, they’ve played an important role by giving notices and participating in parliamentary standing committees meetings. “I hope very soon they will also join the Parliament session,” he said.
