Hindu Marriage Registration Bill soon
A parliamentary body at a meeting on Tuesday finalised several bills, including the Hindu Marriage Registration Bill 2012.

At its 54th meeting, the parliamentary standing committee on Law Ministry after scrutiny finalized draft bills-- Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2012, Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 2012 and Registration (Amendment) Bill, 2012-- for placing those in the Jatiya Sangsad.
The meeting advised the ministry for taking necessary steps to appoint General Prosecutor (GP) and Public Prosecutor (PP) as per the recommendation of district judge and deputy commissioner.
Chaired by the committee chairman Fazle Rabbi Mia, the meeting was attended by committee members Advocate Rahmat Ali, Khan Tipu Sultan, Ziaul Huq Mridha, Nurul Islam Sujon and Fozilatun Nessa Bappi.
