Padma graft: ACC quizzes 3 local agents of Maunsell AECOM
The Anti Corruption Commission on Monday interrogated three officials of three local agents of consulting firm Maunsell AECOM Ltd in connection with the graft allegation in the Padma Bridge project.

ACC directors Mir Md Zainul Abedin Shibli and Mirza Zahidul Alam quizzed managing director of ACE Consultants Ltd Dr Gholam Mostofa, managing director of DDC Ltd AKM Rafique Uddin, and director of SARM Associates Ltd Engineer Syed Ashraf Hossain at the ACC headquarters from 10:00am to 2:00pm, ACC Public Relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told reporters.
He said the ACC investigation team interrogated them about whether they knew anything regarding the corruption allegation in appointing the consultant for the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project or they had any link to the matter.
