Bus strike in Bagerhat
Bus owners and workers went on an indefinite strike in the district Sunday morning demanding arrest of the terrorists for their attempt to kill inter-district motor sramik union general secretary Hasibul Hasan Shipon.

No buses left for Dhaka and other districts from Bagerhat since 6 am.
Inter-district bus owners’ association general secretary Khan Moniruzzaman said a gang of terrorists opened fire on Hasibul in Nagerbazar area of the district town on June 6 in a bid to kill him but luckily he escaped unhurt.
Bus owners and workers went on the strike protesting the attack and demanding arrest of the terrorists, he said.
