Khaleda performs Umrah
BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia performed holy Umrah in Makkah on Monday night.

Khaleda along with her entourage members started the rituals of Umrah after Magrib prayers (Saudi time), her media wing member Shamsuddin Dider told UNB on Tuesday quoting BNP chairperson's press secretary Maruf Kamal.
She prayed for the peace, progress and prosperity of Bangladesh and its people as well as the unity and solidarity of the Muslim Ummah.
The BNP chief is scheduled to return home on June 21.
Khaleda went to Saudi Arabia on Saturday at the invitation of the Saudi government for her medical treatment.
