Shafique against delay in trial process
Law, justice and parliamentary affairs minister Barrister Shafique Ahmed Thursday urged people concerned to stop delay in trial process.
“People are unwilling to face the court for the delay in trial process,” he said.

He came up with the urge while addressing an orientation course for newly appointed assistant judges at Judicial Administration Training Institute.
The technocrat minister said the trial process would be made easier for people. The trial would be held considering socio-economic condition of people along with justice-injustice. The service of judges has to be ensured faster.
State Minister for Law Advocate Quamrul Islam said, “A vested quarter is trying to question the judicial division as the trial of war criminals has been started. The Vicious move is going mentioning different surveys. The conspiracy has to be demolished. ‘
With Judicial Administration Training Institute Director General Md. Mofizul Islam in the chair, the programme also addressed by among others, Law Secretary Abu Saleh Sheikh Md. Jahirul Haque, Judicial Administration Institute director Jakir Hossain.
