Minister orders transfer all employees from Brahmanbaria Railway station
Minister for Communications and Railways Obaidul Quader has directed to transfer all employees of Brahmanbaria Railway station including its stationmaster Wahiduzzaman for allegation of black marketing of tickets, corruption and irregularities.

He made the directive while visiting the railway station yesterday.
Earlier, the minister also visited the Brahmanbaria-Comilla Highway and instructed the concerned officials to complete repair of the highway before Eid-ul-Fitr.
The communications minister said highways would be brought under the development projects to construct 7 bridges on the
road.
During the visit, he instructed the concerned people to build resistance against massive extortion on roads and highways.
The minister also visited the BRTA office here and ordered launching departmental investigation against the concerned officials for various irregularities.
High officials of the Department of R and H accompanied the minister during the visit.
