1 katori moong dal

Chopped coriander leaves

A pinch of cummin seeds

Salt to taste

Garlic-green chillies paste

Oil to fry

Soak the moong dal in water overnight.

Grind it properly in a mixer to make it into a thick mixture.

Add salt, cummin seeds, garlic-green chillies paste and coriander leaves.

Now take some oil in a kadhai and put it on a low flame.

Now make small balls of the thick mixture and add one by one for frying.

Fry them till they are golden brown in colour.

Remove them and place them on a dish and serve with finely cut onions and deep fried green chillies.
