Stocks gaining today

Trading on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) bourses is underway showing gain in share-price indice on Wednesday.

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) general index rose over 52 points to stand at 5,072 at 1:35 pm.

Trade deals stood at 49,766 with transaction at Tk 1,769 million.

Of the issues traded, 205 advanced, 27 declined and 14 remained unchanged.

KPCL topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 135 million having changed hands during the time.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 9,549 by gaining over 77 points at 1:35 pm.

Out of the issues traded, 109 gained, 25 declined and 28 remained unchanged.
