Badiuzzaman new ACC boss
M Badiuzzaman has been appointed as the acting chief of the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC).
He took over the charge from Ghulam Rahman.
Confirming the development, ACC Secretary Mohammad Faizur Rahman told, “The Cabinet division has issued a letter confirming his appointment on Monday morning.”
“Badiuzzaman will function as the acting Chairman of the commission until the next appointment.”
Sunday was Ghulam Rahman’s last working day. He had described the anti-graft watchdog as a “toothless tiger” during a recent media interaction.
